Schedule, specifying Extradition Crime might not fit in well, with the North Borneo Criminal Law, I apprehand the first half of Section of of the Fugi- tive Offenders Act 1881 might suggest a convenient definition of Estradition Crimes, viz:- "reason and Piracy a every offence whether called felony, mis deneanour, crine or by any other name which is, for the time being, punishable in the territory
aud
in which it is committed either on
indichment or information or otherwise by imprisonment with hard labour for
a term of 12 months or more or by any greater punishment.
I see no
objection to an
Ardinance of this kind being passed.
